China National Petroleum Corporation announced on the 17th that it has signed agreements with Russian companies to develop long-term crude oil trade agreements and pipeline design, construction and operation from Russia's Skovorodino to China's border.

According to reports, on the 17th, PetroChina signed a pipeline design, construction and operation agreement with Russia’s national oil pipeline transportation company from Russia’s Skovorodino to the Chinese border; and signed with Russia’s oil company and Russian national oil pipeline transportation company. An agreement to develop a long-term crude oil trade.

On the same day, the National Development Bank signed a loan agreement with Russian oil company and Russian national oil pipeline transportation company.

The relevant person in charge of PetroChina said that the signing of the above agreement marks a new level of cooperation between China and Russia in the energy field, which has not only deepened China-Russia good-neighborly friendship, mutually beneficial cooperation and strategic partnership of cooperation, but also further strengthened China and Russia. The close cooperation between the Russian oil companies and the two sides will work together to create a new situation in the energy sector cooperation between China and Russia.
